  • Only products purchased directly from our website are eligible for returns.

Refund Process

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to our return address.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed on the same day😊.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us at email or on WhatsApp and send your item to us.
